Search or browse a shop, open a listing, then add it to your basket.

Choose Pay by card at checkout. Card checkout starts immediately after you place the order. Card is available when the shop shows Pay fast & securely.
5 stepsBuyerPay by EFT, attach proof, mark as sent
Use the bank details on the order, pay with the correct reference, then attach proof.

Keep addresses in your account so checkout is faster and parcels arrive at the right place.

Ask about the item, custom work, or payment from the listing, shop, or order.

Follow status, use tracking when the shop adds it, then review after it arrives.

Talk to the shop first. If you cannot agree, open a dispute from the order.

Credits are for Handsy platform features. They are not used to pay a seller for a product.
