Confirm an order, mark EFT paid, ship, add tracking
Card can mark paid automatically. EFT you confirm yourself. Then pack and ship.

Payment
Card checkout can mark paid on its own. For a payment page or EFT, mark payment received once the money is in your account. If the buyer marked it as sent, confirm after you see the funds — not from a screenshot alone.

Ship
Pack the item, hand it to the courier, then mark Shipped and add tracking.

Delivered
Mark Delivered when the buyer has it, or wait for them to confirm.
